Confirmed: Pressing "Config encryption plugins" button still give the error.

Tested and fixed:
- Plugin loading (proper convert the unicode path and pluigin name)
- Password commandline needed to be proper converted to ansi

Sorry for the errors, it seems that the unicode conversion of the viewer had some side effect
Viewer is now full unicode, i need to verify if all command lines, special passwords are proper passed.

And plugins also fail to load .... damm

If you find some other let me know ...

The problem was that the Unicode implementaion for Chat and FileTransfer also changed some ultravnc.ini code parts.
During testing I didn't see it as I didn't expected that Chat and FileTransfer changes would touch the service.

Damm "%ProgramFiles%\UltraVNC Team\UltraVNC Suite this should not be the path.

We have been playing to get UltraVNC passes the MS Store certification but folders should have stay the same.
To complex to upgrade.

In 1.7.1.6 it still worked.

CTRL+C just inform Server.
CTRL+V Server need to request Viewer to send file.

@mvandere2: Try the virtual monitor driver, when the lid close the monitor is disconnected and VNC doesn't have a screen to clone.

-kill fixed: It wasn't working at all it didn't closed anything nor did it show the Messagebox.

The initial request was to add a confirmation at UltraVNC Server closing from systray...
But naturally, this should not have been implemented for the -kill.

It so wierd that you try different viewers because the server can't capture it...

The service poll the desktop to see if the logon changed and the desktop part require a restart.
