There are two differents types of viewer:

· Listen mode without the plugin to protect
· Listen mode with a plugin to protect the ...

When i do this:

Prerequired for encryption plugin for vncviewer:
the msrc4plugin.dsm need to be on same folder of vncviewer and not inside subfolder plugin

* Launch the viewer from Start... Run...
"%programfiles%\UltraVNC\vncviewer.exe" -dsmplugin ...
